Towel Replacements For Life Warranty

Under the Lifetime Shine Warranty, you can claim up to two (2) free replacement towels for any towels bought in the same order as this warranty, for as long as the product line is sold. You may claim one (1) replacement towel per 12-month period at most. It covers loss of absorbency, fraying, or accidental household damage.

To request a replacement, contact us through our support form with your order number, a clear photo or short video of the issue, and your current shipping address. Once we review the details, we ship a replacement towel of the same or a similar model; you pay the postage on that replacement.

This coverage applies only to the original buyer and only to the order where it was bought. It does not cover business use, fire or burn damage, bleach, or intentional misuse. Replacement towels do not start a new warranty.

Shiny Wipes runs this replacement program itself as a store benefit, not as an insurance plan.
